FREE PRODUCT RETURNS
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days at no cost whatsoever
(valid for returns within Greece).
This procedure only applies to purchases from the online store www.lookinside.gr
In case of returning part or all of your order, it is necessary to fill out the form that you will find below. Product returns will not be accepted without a completed return form.
The products and their packaging must be in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents (e.g. retail receipt, invoice or any promotional material of the product, etc.).
Under no circumstances can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. This means that the product must:
- Not have been used
- Not have been washed
- To have all his tags and
- Its packaging must not have been damaged.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS
A necessary condition for returns without any charge (for the whole or part of the order) is to fill in the Product Return Form that you will find below, together with the receipt. (Returns will not be accepted without the completed form)
Call Geniki Tachidromiki - 210 4851100 and send us the package to the address below using recipient's charge. (In case of shipping with another courier company, the cost is charged to the sender)

When we receive the product and your return is approved, a Voucher Code will be sent to your e-mail with the corresponding value of the returned product.
Caution! The amount refunded to you on the voucher is the value of the product or products at the purchase price.
As soon as you receive the coupon, you will place a new order and enter the coupon code in the corresponding field, so that the amount is immediately deducted from the total. During this process you will not be charged with shipping for your new order.
